Holistic & Clinical Massage for deep relaxation and the treatment of chronic pain, based from my home studio in Bournemouth.

We have been massage therapists since 2017. We consistently strive to develop our knowledge and skills through diverse and high level training and qualifications, in order to treat clients with a full understanding of their specific needs. Each treatment is bespoke to the individual, and we pride ourselves on a listening ear, touch and heart to ensure our clients can fully relax and let go of any stresses or pain they have.

Lizzie Richardson LMT

BA Hons, PGCE, MTI (dip), VTCT (dip), ACMT

I am trained to a high level in Holistic Massage (Level 4) with MTI as well as Sports Massage & Advanced Clinical Massage (Level 6) with Jing. I am also fully insured with Balens and a member of the Complementary Health Professionals Association.

Each tailored treatment draws upon information from a thorough consultation and discussion with the client, what is felt/comes up during the treatment and from my experience with a wide range of massage practices. These include Myofascia Release; Compression, Stretching and Mobilisations; Trigger Point and Soft Tissue Therapy; Acupressure; Lymphatic Drainage; Hot and Cold Therapy and Gua Sha tools.

I am a qualified Sports Therapist also specialising in Deep Tissue treatments. I have a long background in Surgical Health Care, Recovery and Anaesthetics. I have a passion for fitness, well-being & rehabilitation and will be offering condition specific treatments to help those in pain and discomfort; those recovering from injury; as well as Pre/Post Event Treatments and Body Maintenance Massage. I firmly believe massage is for all, you don’t need to be a sports person to benefit from the touch, skill and knowledge of a Sports Therapist.

We work from our home garden studio. It important to us to have a safe, inviting space for all to enjoy massage. We firmly believe massage is for everyone so pleased do get in touch if you have any queries or would like to book in.
